Our Company’s lawyers specialize in business organization, commercial law and migration issues since 2003. Until 2009 our specialists, having their own law firms, consulted state institutions privately or under business licenses.

In 2009 the decision was made to launch a common project VERSLAS123 with a goal of joining all types of services to customers, who start their own business or develop already existing companies, as well as to those willing to receive comprehensive advice on any legal issues, related to commercial law, taxes or migration services.

Our customers are both natural persons and legal entities, citizens of Lithuania and other countries. Our lawyers can provide competent advice in 14 different languages.

From the very beginning our goal was to make the VERSLAS123 services available and affordable for everyone.

Since one of the aims of the project is service affordability, among our customers are many students and people, who couldn’t afford such consultations before and, thus, were afraid to engage in business.

The services offered by Verslas123 in co-operation with our partners – notaries public, lawyers, bailiffs, auditors as well as advertising and marketing specialists, are provided in Lithuanian, English and Russian. When walking your path towards financial freedom and self-realization with us today, you will not be alone.

At present the VERSLAS123 project has gained a strong position on the Lithuanian market. During one month our employees participate in launching of tenths of companies, provide hundreds of consultations and help many people to go along the road, which seems complicated at first glance, and which is called business.
 

Our goals

1. Joining all types of services to customers, who start their own business or develop already existing companies, as well as to those willing to receive comprehensive advice on any legal issues, related to commercial law and taxes.

2. Affordability. Our services shall be affordable for students, rural residents and citizens with low income.

3. Encouraging the development of small business in Lithuania, and, thus, reducing the flow of citizens leaving to work abroad.

Our customers are both natural persons, taking their first steps in developing their own business and legal entities, citizens of Lithuania and other countries.

Our specialists are ambitious, highly qualified and experienced lawyers, thoroughly representing the interests of each customer, responsibly and consistently resolving all the given tasks and providing the optimum solutions to problems.
 

Our achievements

Since 2010 Verslas123 is the Lithuanian market leader among the companies, providing company establishment, restructuring and liquidation services. Our Company specializes in resolving all the issues, related to activities and development of legal entities. We actively co-operate with our counterparts from other countries.

In the fourth quarter of 2011 about 70% of incorporators of all commercial enterprises and public organizations in Vilnius and about 20% in other cities and towns of Lithuania used our consulting services.

In 2012-2015 we helped over 160 persons obtain residence permits.
